Attractive succulent , suckering from the base . Leaves dark green to ash green , leathery , reddish at the tip when very old , upper surface concave , lower convex , upper surface with numerous , raised , white warts ; margin 1580 tuberculate , toothed . Flowers in cluster , on tall stalks of about 50 cm high , rosy pink . A cultivar with yellow variegation on leaves is seen in cultivation.
